Health Partners
This project involved interior construction for the offices of Health Partners within the approximately 129,500 SF of existing space. A two-story atrium, which runs between two floors with an overhead skylight, was created as an employee lunchroom. The atrium’s architectural components included the skylight, glass storefront around the upper level, a new metal mesh and colored concrete architectural stair, porcelain tile flooring, and accent lighting poles. The job also included the creation of a 7,500 SF conference center with two large fabric- covered, operable partitions dividing the space.
