Hilton Melbourne Beach
The Melbourne Beach Hilton - Tower Addition was the addition of a seven-story tower to the existing Hilton hotel that already featured an 11-story tower. The work also consisted of off-site force main installation with lift station pump rehab, a new parking lot on the north side of the building, and a new parking lot on the south side of the building. The seven-story tower consists of 82 rooms, with a first level parking garage and two large conference rooms on the seventh floor. Part of the existing hotel was demolished in order to link the two towers at the existing hotel's lobby. A new fitness center with an ocean view was also built in.
