Import Distribution Facility
The project consists of a 770,000 SF distribution center with an attached 15,000 SF office. The facility is set on a 90-acre site with extremely moisture-sensitive soil. The building, which has 150 loading dock positions, features insulated precast concrete walls and a seven-inch concrete floor.
