This new 230,000 SF replacement high school is on an existing campus with a geothermal HVAC system. This project included the construction of a 3,375 SF auditorium addition and the demolition of 167,000 SF of the existing high school. There was major redevelopment of the existing site to include parking, athletic fields, services, street improvements, and utility infrastructure.
