Located on a 28-acre, master-planned campus, the campus includes five major elements:

• A 385,000 SF hospital, which includes two patient towers, and a Diagnostic and Treatment (D&T) wing. The facility is five stories above grade and there is a basement under the D&T wing.
• A 150,000 SF Hospital Support Building (HSB).
• Expansion of existing central plant to support new hospital and HSB.
• Remodel and expansion of existing Ambulatory Surgery Center. 
• On-site and off-site developments including street improvements. 

Three buildings on this healthcare campus are utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling): the hospital, medical office building, and central plant.
