The project consists of a 13-story, high-rise, Class A office building. Core and shell construction was performed along with site work on a five-acre site. The building consists of structural-steel framing with an aluminum-framed, curtainwall system, and a metal panel and stone veneer exterior. Sitework includes underground utilities, landscaping and irrigation, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt paving, concrete hardscape, stone monument sign, and site lighting. The project used BIM for overhead MEP coordination. This building has been awarded a LEED®-CS Gold certification.
