Las Vegas Springs Preserve
The Las Vegas Springs Preserve is comprised of two separate projects, the Desert Living Center (DLC) and the Visitor Center. The DLC is completely dedicated to educating the public on environmentally friendly construction. The DLC gardens contain twenty-five different structures. The Visitor Center is made up of two buildings totaling 74,425 SF. It is surrounded by canyons composed of simulated rock and gardens that are home to plant species from locations around the world.
The DLC and Visitor's Center have both received LEED® Platinum Certification.
