This project involved the construction of a new dormitory for Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. The dormitory is a five-story 100,000 SF structure housing approximately 350 students. The building includes a number of green features including a geothermal well system for the HVAC system. Despite working on a very tight site with limited access, the project was a success and the client was delighted.
