This project is a planned continuing care retirement community on a 90-acre site. The 490,000 SF independent-living apartment building features 210 units with underground parking. The 66,000 SF assisted living and long-term care facility includes 30 long-term care beds, 22 assisted living beds and 22 dementia care beds.The109,000 SF of villa style homes contains 40 units, each with a garage. The clubhouse is 56,000 SF consisting of a pool, administration offices, dining facility, café, barber/beauty/spa parlor, art studio and library.
