The project consists of the complete renovation and conversion of a 10-story 354-room hotel. Guest room renovations included new window wall systems, fan coil units, wall finishes, carpet, vanities, and tub accessories along with the necessary upgrades for 17 ADA-accessible rooms. Renovations to guest room corridors included new wall coverings, carpet, ceilings, smoke evacuation system, outside air units, and vending areas on each floor. A fitness center was added along with renovations to common areas including the ballroom, meeting spaces, marble-floored lobby, restaurant, and lounge.
