Marine Special Operations Center (MARSOC)
This operations facility will provide specialized training for non-conventional missions performed by the Marine Corps. The design/build project encompasses 37 projects in the improvement of 225 acres on a 500-acre site. The site requires a significant amount of environmental mitigation and utility infrastructure, and a LEED® Silver designation is being sought. Thirty-seven new structures totaling nearly 1,000,000 SF include:
- 150,000 SF headquarters complex
- Parade field
- Intelligence operations
- Equipment maintenance
- Supply warehouse
- Bachelor enlisted quarters
- Battalion aid station
- Academic instruction
- Special operations training
