Hunt Valley Expansion
This is a new 130,000 SF distribution center for McCormick & Company, Incorporated in Hunt Valley, Maryland. A single-story building with a small office mezzanine was constructed between two operating buildings – one is the spice milling and processing plant, and the other is a warehousing and packaging plant. The new HVDC Expansion was connected to both buildings by several forklift and personnel doors.
