Nursing Tower Replacement
The project consists of a 680,000 SF 19-story replacement nursing tower that includes two bridges and a two-level tunnel connecting to the existing hospital and parking garage. Approximately 250,000 SF of the tower will be shelled in Phase I. Phase I will include 15 ORs, 32 ICU beds, 62 medical/surgery patient beds, and 45 surgery prep/recovery rooms.
