The project involves a 140,000 SF facility with three performance spaces including a 1,200-seat auditorium, 300-seat theater, and 100-seat recital hall all with separate control rooms fully equipped to accommodate various types of performances. The building features separate band and choir practice rooms with angular walls and ceilings for enhanced acoustic values. The project also includes numerous classrooms, an art studio, ceramic studio, photography laboratory, welding laboratory, and office space.
