National Business Park 302
The National Business Park 302 is a core and shell office building and parking deck located at the National Business Park in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The five-story, 163,000 SF, office building also includes a two-level parking garage with over 500 parking spaces. The building shell is a combination of a curtain wall and precast concrete façade. The main lobby includes finishes such as tile floors, wood panels, and a metal suspended ceiling. The project has been awarded a LEED® Silver rating.
