Poland Spring Expansion
The project consists of the design/build expansion of a Poland Springs bottling plant. The project includes a 270,000 SF warehouse addition and a 30,000 SF bottle manufacturing addition. The job also includes an office addition and renovation. Building modifications for a new bottling line were also constructed. This project is currently pursuing a LEED® Silver Certification.
