The building consists of a 255,000 GSF,10-story containment research laboratory with vivarium (ABSL-2 and ABSL-3). The project also includes utility tunnels, electrical ductbanks, stormwater management systems, and a 1,230-car garage. The fast-track, multiphase project is set on a high-security campus. The buildings feature blast resistant skin of precast concrete, brick, glass, metal panels, and decorative metal screening.
