This project for a national firm included approximately 360,000 SF of renovation on 14 floors of an occupied building in downtown Dallas, TX. The majority of the floors provide administrative and support space. However, certain areas of specialized use include an 18,000 SF conference and training center, a 6,000 SF mail distribution center, data labs, a computer hardware service lab and a Class 1 security vault. This project is currently under review by the USGBC for LEED® Certification, and has been awarded enough points to earn a LEED Silver classification under the LEED CI rating system.
