The 465,000 SF, 30-story, 300-room hotel tower with meeting rooms and specialty suites includes restaurants, food service, commercial kitchens, theatres, and a casino. There is also a recording studio with isolation floors, recording booths, and a room for live music production. The hotel also includes a pool area and three levels of specialty venues on the top three floors: The Playboy Casino, Nove Restaurant and Moon Nightclub.
