Pfizer Clinical Research Unit
65,000 SF clinical research unit including screening, interviewing, examination areas, and short and long-term living facilities for all volunteers who are participating in clinical trials.  Specialized areas of the building include research laboratories, a data center and a pharmacy.  The project has achieved LEED^® Silver certification and received awards of merit from the Connecticut Building Congress, Connecticut Real Estate and NY Construction News.
