Phase I: The project consists of a 523,700 SF multi-use office and computer center. The project features a three-story office building, a four-story building, and a 357,000 SF, 1,000-car parking garage.

Phase II: The project involves two 185,000 SF office buildings, a 60,000 SF amenities building, a full-service kitchen, and a central plant with five 1,000-ton chillers.
