The Promenade is the first phase of Dublin Ranch in the California Bay Area. The designed "main street" area will welcome pedestrian traffic and will be located adjacent to the existing high-density residential developments. Residents of Dublin Ranch will have the ability to live, work and play within their community which is a benefit to health, environment and infrastructure.
The mixed-use development includes a 54,000 SF building with restaurants, retail space and Class-A office areas. There will be a 43,676 SF building dedicated to the ClubSport Athletic Club and Spa, and a four-story, 16,000 SF parking garage on approximately 3.8 net acres.
