Radisson Warwick Hotel
The Radisson Plaza Warwick Hotel is located in Philadelphia, PA. The 12-story renovation of 298 guestrooms included finishes such as paint, installation of new carpet, vinyl wall covering, ceramic tile, and bathroom fixtures. MEP work that consisted of new PTAC units, minor plumbing work, electrical finishes, and rewiring. The project also incorporated the demolition of rooms converting them into suites (including a presidential suite), lounges, a fitness center, and an administration area. In addition to the guestroom renovation, major upgrades were done to the lobby, mezzanine, ballroom, and restaurant.
