University Town Center
The project involved preconstruction and construction for a mixed-use development featuring a 16-story 910-bed 380,000 SF student apartment building. The building includes a rooftop pool, a 1,200-space underground post-tensioned concrete parking garage, and a 14-screen movie theater. Construction was perfomed on the surrounding street and utility infrastructure in order to support the development.
