- 1,667-space public garages (below grade and precast)
- 252-space private garages (below grade)
- 175,000 SF of retail space
- 156 condominium units, four levels above retail
- 488 apartment units, four levels above retail
- 60,000 SF of cultural arts space
This project was awarded Best Mixed Use Project and Best Smart Growth Master Plan by the Maryland/DC chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) in 2007.
