Scottsdale Quarter
Scottsdale Quarter is a redevelopment of an industrial property in Scottsdale, Arizona into a mixed-use development. The project included nine buildings built in two phases. The first phase included the construction of two four-story 110,000 SF buildings with Class A office / retail and restaurant space, two single-story 8,000 SF shell buildings for retail / restaurants and two 1200-car parking structures with retail / restaurant space at grade.
The second phase included the demolition of a 200,000 SF existing structure and construction of one three-story 135,000 SF building with Class A office/retail and restaurants; one three-story 126,000 SF building with retail / restaurant and an eight screen movie theater located on the second floor; one single-story 8,000 SF shell building for a restaurant, and a 25,000 SF plaza with a 1,200 SF water feature.
The redevelopment required extensive coordination with the City of Scottsdale and local utility providers for off-site work and all new infrastructure.
