This project includes both an apartment building and a vitality center.
Apartment Building: 64 units with underground parking totaling 170,000 SF. The structure is post tension concrete with a combination structural steel and wood roof system. Interior finishes include wood trim, granite counters, carpet, and ceramic tile.
Vitality Center: 16,000 SF of new construction with 4,600 SF of renovated space. The structure is structural steel and concrete with a wood roofing system. Interior finishes include an indoor swimming pool, locker rooms, interior streetscape, and community kitchen.
