Shire GMP Solid Dosage Production
Interior construction of a 5,000 SF cGMP solid dosage facility that included coordination of the installation of a fluid bed dryer, pan coater, tablet press, 100% outside air HVAC system, process air system and cleanroom-quality architectural finishes.  The HVAC system required the installation of an air-cooled chiller, gas-fired boiler, clean steam generator for humidification, DDC automatic controls system and a hot water heating loop.  All work was performed adjacent to a fully operational laboratory without interruption to the scientists’ work.
