The project consists of 155 apartments located in three separate buildings. Buildings 1 and 2 are four stories with an open garage beneath. Building 3 is three stories. All three buildings utilize concrete spread and strip footings, structural light gauge framing, vinyl siding, and asphalt shingle roofs. The complex also features an on-site sewage treatment facility.
