Whiting-Turner
St. Regis Hotel
This project is a 14-month renovation of the St. Regis Hotel in downtown Washington D.C. The eight-story 175-room hotel that originally opened in 1926 still featured original construction. The renovations consisted of the complete replacement of the mechanical & electrical systems, complete demolition and rebuild of the guest rooms and guest corridors, cosmetic repairs/replacements in the public areas and meeting rooms, new public restrooms, upgrade of elevator equipment, new landscape/hardscape, and a remodeled kitchen.
