Stoneleigh at Westfields
This project encompassed the construction of two five-story Class A office buildings with mechanical penthouses and a single-tier parking garage. The buildings are precast concrete structures consisting of five main floors at 21,822 SF each and a penthouse at 1,154 GASF. The exterior skin is comprised of precast concrete spandrel panels with glass and glazing filling the window openings.
