This 550,000 SF corporate campus is comprised of five office buildings ranging from one to four stories and includes 100,000 SF of data center and file servers. The campus is serviced by a central utility plant and includes surface parking. Phase II of the project consisted of a 300,000 SF addition of two office buildings connecting to the original campus via skywalks. The buildings include an espresso bar, atrium, labs, and conference rooms that are all tied into the central utility plant.
