Temecula Promenade

This project included the addition to an existing regional mall of a 15-acre outdoor lifestyle center. It consisted of the demolition and reconfiguration of the existing parking fields, relocation of existing and installation of new underground utilities, six new retails buildings consisting of 126,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, landscaping, fountains, interior streets and common area plazas. To account for the lost parking fields, two design-build, cast-in-place parking structures were built totaling 1,256 parking stalls with enhanced exterior facade and lobby finishes.

Improvements were also made to the existing mall which included the construction of new entrances, a police substation, new mall management offices, new restrooms, remodel of the existing food court, new interior lighting and handrail throughout. To account for the added traffic flow, numerous improvements were made to the streets surrounding the mall including signalization and added turning lanes.
