University of Connecticut Dormitory Renovations
The project consisted of code improvements and related architectural work to 24 residence halls totaling over 1.6 million SF over four years. The project included retrofit of fire sprinklers, replacement of fire alarm systems, upgrade of HVAC and electrical systems, installation of new aluminum entrances, and restoration of exterior masonry. Work was completed during four 13-week summer schedules.
