Law Library Façade Restoration
Skin replacement on a five-story 250,000 SF academic library. Project includes:
- Removal and replacement of random ashlar granite veneer
- Installation of self-adhesive, bituminous waterproofing membrane
- New metal through-wall flashings
- Removal and reinstallation of aluminum windows
- Removal and reinstallation of impacted areas of slate roof
- Demolition, remediation and replacements of damaged interior finishes
- Various types of structural repairs to the exterior CMU walls
