Situated on five acres, this residential village was created to enhance student life. The three-phase 500,000 SF project consists of:
- New residence hall complex consisting of four new five-story buildings
- 1,600 beds
- All sitework and a new pedestrian bridge
- New volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts

- Large open space with turf-field for relaxation or pick-up sporting events
