Pharmacy Hall Addition
This project is an addition to the existing Pharmacy Hall building for the University of Maryland, Baltimore. It consists of a new, seven-story (plus basement and penthouse), cast-in-place concrete structure measuring approximately 130,000 GSF. The structure includes lecture halls, classrooms, department offices, a functioning pharmacy, and four floors of laboratory space and 16,000 GSF of renovations to the existing Pharmacy Hall. Pursuing LEED® Silver certification.
