This project involved the interior construction of 23,500 GSF within a single-story office building. It included faculty offices, labs, large & small conference rooms, a kitchen, library, and warehouse with a steel mezzanine storage level. The building’s interior features custom millwork, a curved feature wall, and a patterned, stained concrete floor.
