At 575,000 GSF, this testing and research facility consists of:

  • A three-story, 90,000 GSF administration building, complete with kitchen and dining, conference and training, fitness, security, information technology, and other support functions
  • A four-story, 367,000 GSF building housing BSL-2 and BSL-3 laboratories, researcher offices, and animal vivarium and support facilities
  • A one-story, 78,000 GSF service building for animal care offices, health and safety, storage, shipping and receiving, mail and clothing dispensing

The project has been awarded LEED® certification.
