University Town Center Condominiums
This project consists of two buildings located at University Town Center in Hyattsville, Maryland. The first, Independence One, is an eight-story 150,000 SF 112-unit condominium including 30,000 SF of retail space and lobby built on top of an existing three-story parking garage. The other building, known as The Lofts, is a five-story 22-loft 33,000 SF condominium with one story of retail space and four levels of two-story loft condos. There is also a separate annex building that houses men's and women's restrooms, a fitness area, and party room.
