This project consisted of interior construction to 153,787 SF of existing office space. The interior finishes included elaborate custom millwork, architectural glass, high-end wall coverings, Venetian plaster, and imported stone flooring. A portion of a floor slab was removed to install connecting stairs between two floors and to create a two-story atrium. A usable patio was created on the accessible portion of the ninth floor and includes a custom wood pergola & bocce court.
