Guest Room and MEP Renovation

Multi-phased, 311,740 SF interior demolition and renovation of an occupied 1,080-room hotel. The first phase consisted of the replacement of the building’s HVAC system and the second phase involved the demolition and replacement of existing plumbing and electrical systems, reconfiguration of selected partitions and replacement of architectural finishes. This project won the 2010 WBC Craftsmanship Award for HVAC piping.
