Renovation & Expansion
This new ED, ICU, PACU, surgical units and infrastructure project includes a three-story expansion over the existing parking garage (south tower) and new two-story ground-up construction (north tower) totaling 290,700 SF. A six-story elevator tower connects the two buildings and provides connections to the existing facility. Sitework included a new single-story parking garage, road relocations, and on-grade parking lots.
