This construction of a new 202,350 SF research building includes a 31,000 SF outpatient surgery facility with six operating rooms, one future operating room, 18 pre-op cubicles, eight PACU cubicles, a central sterile area, OR staff locker rooms, and a patient reception and waiting area. The new building is six stories with a basement and rooftop penthouse.
