World Market Center
The project involves a 1,300,000 SF 10-story furniture showroom and convention center. The infrastructure of the building incorporates over 9,500 tons of steel, 35,000 CY of concrete, and a unique exterior skin design consisting of four distinct materials, all on different planes. The interior of the building features over 250 custom tenant improvement build-outs, a serviceable café, and a three-story lobby that integrates custom finishes and a 20-foot x 100-foot curved water wall.
