Yak & Yeti Restaurant
The Yak and Yeti Restaurant was new construction of a 31,000 SF two-story restaurant facility in Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom. This restaurant was the first third-party tenant new construction inside the operating park. The restaurant’s theme is a mid-century Asian household that blends with the existing buildings in the "Asia" portion of Animal Kingdom. Components included hand carved imported woodwork from India and heavy shotcrete plastering.
