Yale University
Vanderbilt Hall

The Vanderbilt Hall Renovation project consisted of the complete interior renovation of a 67,927 SF building. A tremendous effort was made to ensure that the final product provided 21st century amenities for the students while preserving the building’s original structure. Each room has new power, tele/data, and cable television built into the oak wall with a wood veneer to match for an “invisible” installation. Existing oak window seats were modified to conceal new fin-tube style heaters and existing walls were opened up for the installation of new fire protection piping and cabinets.
