M&T Bank Pavilion
M&T Bank Pavilion
The M&T Bank Pavilion is a renovation and expansion of the historic Eutaw Savings Bank, originally built in 1881. This project includes transforming the 17,600 SF building into a 25,500 SF, multi-use venue for performances and community events. The renovation consists of additional levels of seating, updated MEP systems and finishes. The venue will have space for a 580-person seated audience and up to 1,200 people for standing-room events. The facility will be part of the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center complex in Baltimore, Maryland, which also encompasses the Hippodrome Theater.
