Cambridge Innovation Center

About

THIS PROJECT

The Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) project in Miami, Florida consisted of work on three floors of an operating building. The new space is a collaborative and shared work environment for start-up companies and other supporting entities. The office space is extremely flexible to support the ever-changing needs of its occupants and includes interchangeable walls and doors to allow for various office configurations. These features can be deployed immediately upon their occupancy while remaining extremely secure to protect the intellectual property developed in the spaces.

Additional features including game rooms, single-person phone booths and a fully stocked kitchen. As with most office spaces, conference rooms are in high demand, so a large variety of shapes and sizes were constructed to support groups of any size. Smaller break-out spaces provide ample space for small groups while the CIC-branded Venture Café, supported by on-site kitchen and bar amenities, can host large group events with its built-in seating and stage area.
