The Eastmark Visitor and Community Center is a 7,500 SF, single-story facility where visitors and residents can get acquainted with the local community. It is the first community amenity for the Eastmark development, and it is used for both private and public events. The facility includes:

Improvements also included the construction of seven park structures located at various parks throughout the residential community. The structures consist of steel, concrete masonry units, standing seam roofing, fireplaces and hardscape.
